Walking in the rain again. Living in Portland.
Guess it's just the way it is on cloudy days.
I wish I never drank and drove but I guess it's what I get.
Feeling that regret with every step, I'm walkin' in the rain again.
I might buy a bike and ride it around and maybe I might not feel so down
when the sun comes 'round. When the sun comes 'round...
I won't feel so down, I'll get happy and maybe a unicyclist I'll be.
And I'll never say never again. When it comes to a friend.
Life is just too short to pass up on that chance.
It just makes common sense that we can all be friends
if we can just see that we are family and Earth is who our mother is.
Mother Earth, she is you and you are she and we are one and one is two.
One is two. And nothing's new, so let's just read all about it in the news.

I got a schoolboy crush on OG Kush.
I got a heavy heart for Headband.
Got some G Crush and some Snowland
helpin' me push through this old and dusty mindset
with some kind and heady buds.
And when I'm lonesome I can smoke some on the porch.
I'll spark it up and make it cherry like a torch.
It fills my head with happy thoughts and stuttered words.
It helps me see the world the way I would prefer
after puffin' on some herb.
I got an OG crush on OG Kush and I don't think much lately
cause it makes me get a headache and a heartache.
I gotta get down to the dispensary,
gotta get some weed and smoke it.
Gotta get there before ten o' clock cause
that's the time they close and
get some heady nugs to help me shrug it off.
I need some Jack Herer to get back where I was.
And it's a new me with some blue dream in my pipe.
And I need more from the weed store in my life.

I'll just puff another J.

I just wish I could walk on the moon.

Locked down in my windowed room.
Floating through the cracks of sun, the floorboards of my mind.
I've left behind the fears and tears of thread
that fell so easy from my cut-off shorts.
And now I'm heading off to bed and the News so distantly reports
the death that's climbin' while the sirens scream out louder
through the silence. We recall the unity we all need.
Time is a concept not an address.
I don't even want to know what's next.
But I'm gonna keep my calender free,
with hopes that someday we might see we still have love to share.
Let's leave behind the fears and tears we shed
that fell so easy from our open hearts.
Cause now we're heading off towards a future that includes us ALL.

Think I see the light, but I don't know If it's right or wrong.
And I'm still feeling so nice but I know that at night it is dark.
And I'm feeling alive and though I know this feels right I still can never decide what to do. So I'll just keep on tryin' but it feels like I'm lyin' to myself. I just keep cryin' to. Just keep cryin' to.
I've got to get up and get out, if I don't I'll just go round
and round and round. If the clock goes twice as fast
I'll never notice if I'm slow in the head.
I've got to move myself past this feeling that I have or I'll get stuck in the past. Gotta go on forward if I wanna do anything with this time that I have.
